ABOUT US
Hey there! We’re Avram and Rachel Gonzales, real-life spouses, parents of two, and business partners learning how to manage both family life and entrepreneurship.
In 2022, we stepped into parenthood for the first time and quickly realized how challenging it is to grow a business while raising little ones.
There were seasons when it felt like we had to choose between our goals and our kids. Showing up for our work sometimes meant missing out at home. We know what it feels like to be stretched thin, overwhelmed, or unsure if you are doing enough in either role.
Babies & Business came out of that experience. It’s our way of sharing what’s helped us—the tools, the resources, and the honest reflections that continue to shape how we show up at home and in our business.
Each week, we talk about things like budgeting, time management, mindset, leadership, parenting, and self-awareness—just to name a few. Special episodes feature interviews with accomplished parents and business owners who offer valuable insights and proven strategies.
We created this space because juggling kids and business can be a lot sometimes. Some days you’re crushing it, other days it’s cold coffee and missed deadlines—and we totally get it.
Our goal is to help you feel supported, equipped, and empowered to do both without losing yourself in the process.
You don’t have to choose between family and work. You can show up for both, and we’re here to cheer you on as you figure out what works for your family and your goals.
